Course of Food chronicles the story of Andy Bowen, a free-range pig farmer in western Oklahoma whose mission is to give people the opportunity to eat meat raised with dignity and care. Directed by Christopher Hunt, the film offers an intimate portrait of Bowen's daily challenges and steadfast commitment to sustainable agriculture, highlighting the values of animal welfare, resilience, and community.

As an early milestone in Hunt's career, the film reflects a guiding principle that continues to shape his work today: illuminating larger issues through personal stories. Course of Food garnered critical acclaim, winning Best Oklahoma Short Film at the 2015 deadCENTER Film Festival and screening at The Food Film Festival in New York City, the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, and the Tulsa American Film Festival.
